As part of College of Education activities in Zulfi for the current year, and to achieve one of the college objectives in serving the community as well as contributing with all government sectors in local development and awareness campaign, and according to the resolution issued by the ministry council pertinent to conducting the thirty fifth Plantation Week entitled “Implant it” which is organized annually and to be prepared for in all kingdom regions and provinces and based on the request made by the local committee, the college of Education in Zulfi participated in the preparation meeting of the week which was chaired by Zulfi governor in which audience emphasized the importance of the participation of all government sectors and national institutions in such activity. Mr. Ibraheem Bin Abdullah Al-Mansour represented the college in the meeting. An agreement was reached that the launch ceremony will be conducted in College of Education building; the college received an official letter about the host to the Dean of the college Dr. Abdullah Bin Khalifah Al-Swayket who submitted it to His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad Al-Mogren, who kindly approved the host. Under the patronage of His Excellency, Zulfi governor Mr. Zayed Bin Mohammed Al-Hussein, the ceremony of launching the Tree Week activities was conducted with the presence of the Dean of Education College, General Directorate of Agriculture and a number of government sectors Directors. Finally, His Excellency Zulfi governor with General Director of Agriculture awarded the government sectors, corporations and institutions which contributed to the activity as well as awarding committee members who implemented this week activity
