The participation of the University in the 3rd International Exhibition on Higher Education was concluded with a number of major achievements. The University section was honored to receive His Highness, Minister of Higher Education Prof. Khalid Bin Mohammad Al-Angari and His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammad Aal-Saud, Minister of Education who was escorted by His Highness Deputy of Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Ahmed Bin Mohammad Al-Seif. Among the distinguished visitors were His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal Bin Mohammad Bin Saud Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy of Al-Baha region Prince visited the section as well as a number of Saudi and overseas Rectors beside officials from Ministry of Higher Education. The distinguished visitors were welcomed by His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad Al-Mogren, Vice Rector Dr. Ibraheem Bin Abdelrahman Al-Hugail, His Excellency the Advisor of His Highness the Rector office Dr. Hamad Bin Ibraheem Al-Omran, Supervisor of the section and the working-team. After that, they were taken for a tour in the section and had a look into the university publications which contain the history and achievements of the University. The Highness visitors expressed their gratitude for the achievements being made, the outstanding reputation and the cooperation of the university with other Ministry, university and government and private sectors. Special gifts were presented by His Highness the Rector to the distinguished guests. On the other side, the Rector; Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad Al-Mogren signed a number of agreements with some international universities and centers and consulting firms that include some academic and training fields as well as participating in workshops and conferences. The university also benefited from lecturers and trainers of American Universities and the cooperation took place with regard the academic fields as well as sharing publications between two universities. The participation of the university with the mobility medical clinics for the 2nd time is regarded as part of the medical services of the university. The clinic staffs provided medical services in abdomen and dentistry clinics, blood lab and awareness services. A service of pressure and sugar measurement was provided by the medical team which received satisfactions by all visitors. At the end of the participation, His Highness the Rector extended his gratitude and appreciations to His Highness the Minister of Higher Education for his visit and encouraging words, regarding this visit as a reward and motivation for university staffs. Many thanks were also extended to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammad Aal-Saud, Minister of Education for his visit and regarded that visit as an honor for the university. His Highness the Rector added that this participation which is the 3rd for the university, was a distinctive one where it aims to introduce the university activities and achievements as well as the programs provided. Moreover, it also enables the university to exchange experience with other universities. Finally, the Rector extended his appreciations to His Highness Dr. Hamad Al-Omran and working team for their exerted efforts in making this participation a successful one.
