MASTER OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT.. IS A CROWN PRINCE

Skill and wisdom were revealed by our wise leadership represented in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, may God protect him, upon the great loss of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz - may Allah have mercy on him - the royal decree was issued to appoint His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz - may Allah protect him Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. That was not a surprise to a man who was loyal to his religion and his country. The Royal decree recreated hope again after a deep sadness overwhelmed us the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques appointed Prince Salam as the Crown Prince - Master of Leadership and Management - I had the honor to meet His Highness in more than one occasion, either in his office or during his visits and tours of inspection when I was working in several places such as King Saud University, King Fahd Medical City, Al-Majmaah University and the Saudi Society for Health Management where were honored to be chaired honorary by him. I would like to emphasize on three points marked by this unique character 1 - What God granted him of high charisma in which he was close to people with leader prestige. Moreover, the ability to attract attention and to influence the feelings of others as well as raising the potential of loyalty, enthusiasm and great ability to persuade in a simple way.2 - Punctuality either in meetings or visits, or even in receiving people in his office or his palace. This punctuality despite his busy schedule conveys a message to everyone on the need to respect time. 3 - His Royal Highness is also known for his accurate knowledge about the conditions of the regions and provinces, and even families which enable him to know the requirements of future development as well as the needs of each region and province.May God protect the Prince from all evils and help him to take this responsibility in the proper manner.
