MOBILE MEDICAL SERVICES CONDUCTS A MEDICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SURVEY IN MABAID CENTER

In compliance with the university policy which aims to provide health care and education to remote villages, the MMS at the Medical Services Department paid a two-days field visit to Mabaid Center, located 55 km east of Majmaaah region. The main purpose of the visit was to conduct a medical and environmental survey for residents as well as provide the required educational and health services.

The number of cases that have been diagnosed in the village has reached 200 cases. Moreover, students at schools were diagnosed and a report was sent for their guardians. Students were also introduced about the causes and precautions of coronavirus.

Dr.Rayan Ghazi, CEO of Medical Services, attributed the success of this visit to the unconditional support of the Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren and follow-up of the Dean, Dr. Khalid Al-Abdelwahhab. Dr. Ghazi extended his thanks to the team which participated in this visit as well as the head of Mabaid center for his cooperation.
