The University team of soccer started the competition by knocking off Qasim University team 2/1 in a match that was held in Qasim. The match goals were scored by the student: Abdullah Al-Omer and Bander Al-Ammar. The University team in this match was represented: Waleed Al-Ghanim as a goal keeper/ Majed Al-Otaibi, Ibrahim Al-Manna’a, Abdelelah Al-Sabt and Suleiman Al-Mutairi as defender, Saud Al-Rabi, Nashi Al-Mashqoor, Ibraheem Al-Suwayna’a and Abdullah Al-Omar as midfielder/ Abdullah Mukallahd and Bandar Al-Ammar as striker. Mr.Nasser Al-Hanno extended his thanks to His Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs for his unlimited support for the University team’s needs. Mr. Nasser concluded his statement by thanking all those who represented the University team in achieving this victory.
