CONDEMNATION OF TERRORIST ACTIVITIES

Majmaah University Chancellor Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin extended his deep condolences on behalf of Majmaah University personnel to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, Crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdul-Aziz- Head of the Cabinet and Minster of Interior- and the Deputy-Crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz- Deputy-head of the Cabinet and Minister of Defense- for the martyrdom of the innocent police personnel in the 3 terrorist activities that took the country by surprise in 3 different places: Jeddah, Medina and Qateef.

 

Dr. Muqrin expressed his profound sorrow for the loss of the lives of people who were killed in startling explosions by suicidal bombers who could not be classified as human beings. “Killing worshippers in mosques, let alone the Holy Mosque of Medina, is unprecedented terrorist activities, which have gone beyond reason or even humanity,” he pointed out.

 

These activities will only strengthen the ties of the Saudi citizens with their leadership and increase our determination to fight those cold-hearted terrorists,’ Dr. Muqrin said.

 

He also stressed the need for raising people’s awareness of the threat of terror and conspiracies lurking in the shadows, and work on increasing the level of loyalty to the country and its leadership, making it stronger and more willing to eradicate this peril.

 

We live in prosperity and richness here in our beloved home by Allah’s blessings and because of our unity and closeness to our leaders,” he continued.

 

Dr. Muqrin also said “Such solidarity of this society brings about development and welfare to us, and we won’t let anybody take it away.”

 

History has proved that we had surpassed those difficulties in the past, and we shall do it again through unity, loyalty and strong will,” he sustained.

 

Dr. Muqrin prayed for the safety of the King, the Crown prince, and the Deputy-crown prince as well as for the stability of the country. “ We pray Allah the Almighty to protect our father, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, his Crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Naif and his Deputy-crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Salman from any danger that might befall them,” he supplicated.

 

Similarly, he voiced his hope that the Almighty may protect the country from any threat that may be looming in the dark, and maintain the blessing of peace and stability throughout the kingdom.
