THE GOVERNOR OF MAJMAAH AWARDS HAJJ MEDAL TO HAJJ SCOUT

 The Governor of Majmaah, His Excellency Prince Abdurrahman Al-Saud gave the Majmaah Hajj Scout (14 people) the Hajj Medal in his office in Majmaah in recognition of their efforts in the Hajj Service Camp of 1435. Vice-head of the Arab Scout Dr. Abdullah Al-Fahad and the dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Qamizi attended the event.

 

The Prince received the scout accompanied by the Dean and Vice-dean of Student Affairs in addition to the head of Sports Activity, appreciating the role of servicing pilgrims as the highest and most noble part one could perform. He also thanked the University for its continuous and active participation in such occasions.

Then, Prince Abdurrahman awarded the medals to the 14 scout members who represented Majmaah University in the event.

 

A few memorable shots were then taken to celebrate the occasion at the end of the meeting.

 

Dr. Qamizi expressed his appreciation to Prince Abdurrahman for awarding the medals to the scout members. He also noted that such achievements were the result of the ongoing support of the rector and the vice-rector for academic affairs. Subsequently, he also thanked the Vice-head of the Saudi Scout Association for his care for Majmaah University Scout team.

 

The University Scout Team was the first university team to receive such an award among the Saudi universities.

On this occasion, the Dean of Student Affairs Deanship thanked the Scout members for their efforts in the Hajj Service in the name of the University
