Majmaah University Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin received the University Scout Members in his office to thank them for their participation in the Hajj Service Program of 1437.
Dr. Hamad Al-Qamizi- Dean of Student Affairs, Vice-dean of the Deanship, Dr. Abdullah Al-Faham, and Director of the Student Activities, Mr. Nasser Al-Hano accompanied the students.
The Scout Team has awarded the Scout Scarf bestowed upon them by the Civil Service Administration for their participation in the Hajj Service of 1437, and then Dr. Qamizi talked about the services the Scout members have provided to the Pilgrims in addition to the services and activities of the University Scout at Majmaah University.
The Rector thanked the scout members and urged them to continue their hard work and voluntary service expressing his admiration of serving worshippers.
“It’s an honor to do service to the pilgrims,” Dr. Muqrin said.
He said that the country as a whole has the honor of hosting the pilgrims each year, and it exerts great efforts in accomplishing such a huge mission these days.
At the end of the visit, the Rector gave certificates of appreciation to the students in recognition of their excellent efforts in the Hajj Service Program.
Dr. Hamad Al-Qamizi- Dean of Student Affairs- thanked the Rector and vice-rector for their ongoing support of the student activities at the University. He also expressed his delight in the success of the University Scout participation in the Hajj Service programs.
Further, the Director of Sports and Scout Activities, Mr. Nasser Al-Hano praised the student participation in the Hajj services this year, and he thanked Dr. Qamizi for his close follow up of the activities. He also expressed his appreciation to the participating students for their efforts in the activities.
