The Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shayae has patronized the ceremony held to sign the contracts of 6th cycle to fund scientific research for the academic year 1436-1437, organized by the Deanship of Scientific Research.
Dean of Scientific Research Deanship, Dr. Thamer Al-Harbi stated that the deanship is very keen to follow the directives of the Rector in developing the procedures and research plans on constant basis. “This has dramatically increased the budget of funded research and the papers published in pioneering peer-reviewed journals such as ISI” added Dr. Al-Harbi.
On the research projects received by Project Management System (Baheth), Dr. Al-Harbi said all projects were reviewed based on rigorous standards, and 87 research projects were approved with a total amount exceeded 2.5 million S.R. “ The accepted researches are within the range of fields announced by the deanship which are expected to serve the community at best” Dr. Al-Harbi highlighted
