A delegation of the deanship paid a visit to the College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair headed by Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah, Dean of Quality and Skills Development, Deputy –Dean for Quality and Academic Accreditation, Mr. Abdelrahman Al-Rebaya’an and a number of the deanship consultants. This visit comes as a way to promote the culture of quality and to assist colleges to fulfill the requirements of academic accreditation. The delegation was received by His Excellency Dr. Tariq Al-Bahlal, Dean of College and Deputy-Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Omar Al-Sa’aidy. Dr. Al-Bahlal welcomed the Dean of Quality and Skills Development and the rest of the delegation and showed them the achievments and some publications achieved by the college in various fields as well as presenting the obstacles faced by the college in applying the criteria of quality and academic accreditation. After that, a meeting was conducted with faculty members of the college in which the dean of quality and skills development expressed his gratitude for being in the college of science and humanities in Hawtat Sudair. He also mentioned that the purpose of this visit is to identify the obstacles of applying the measures of quality and to enhance the quality of performance. Dr. Al-Jarallah reviewed the presention prepared by the deanship which show the initial results of the college and the results of Most Readiness Programs Project being the first step to prepare for the academic accreditation.
