The College of Engineering has organized a scientific journey to Jubail Industrial City under the supervision of Eng. Misha’al Al-Jarboa and the coordinator of the journey Mr. Faris Al-Saeed. The first day included a visit to Sadaf Company where a meeting was held with the officials of training in the company who presented a detailed explanation about cooperative training at SABIC Company. Eng. Al-Jarboo extended his thanks to SABIC Company and its management for the wonderful hospitality. An agreement was reached to reserve two training seats or three for engineering college by the next semester.
The delegation also paid a visit to (United Company) where they met the officials in the company who welcomed the delegation and took them in a tour to the departments of the company as well as the control and monitor room at the factory.
The next day, the delegation went to Jubail Industrial City where they met with officials and discussed a number of mutual issues in the field of cooperation between the company and the university.
On the third day, the delegation paid a visit to Keyan Saudi Company which is also one of SABIC Company. They met the officials in the company who welcomed them and explained the history of the company as well as its achievements.
The delegation concluded its tour in Jubail Industrial City by visiting landmarks such as : Celebration Centre of SABIC Company, Royal Commission Building of Jubail etc.
