His Excellency, Rector inaugurates the first annual forum for the employment of Saudis who obtained the Ph.D

               His Excellency, the Rector Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al Muqrin inaugurated the premier annual meeting for the employment of Saudis who have a doctorate, which was organized by the Faculty of Education University  in the main Hall of the new headquarter of the University.
 The  ceremony started with verses from the Quran said  by the student Abdullah Al-Rashidi, and a speech by his Excellency,  the  Dean of the Faculty of Education in Majmaah Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Shaya, who welcomed everyone and thanked the Rector for sponsoring this event and spoke about the goals of the Forum, the most important of which are; attracting  qualified skills and benefit from the outputs of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ program of the Scholarship , and to attract the best elements of Saudis who are scientifically qualified and skilled to contribute to the academic , scientific and research work in Saudi Arabian universities .    
      He added that this meeting goes in accordance with the University's strategic plan in the implementation of Saudization program. And it provides an opportunity for those who obtained Ph.D.   To present their ideas and their results scientific to the specialized scientific committees in the college as well as to academic leaders at the Majmaah University and the teaching staff, while providing the appropriate atmosphere for the selection of the best ones of the college and give the others a chance to market themselves to the leaders of other colleges. And then, the word of participants delivered by the participant, Dr. Abdullah Al-Awaji, Assistant Professor at the Islamic University in Medina, in  which he thanked  the Majmaah University and headed by the  Rector to adopt this forum and found him on what he and his colleagues of big welcome and wished for the forum to achieve the desired goals. Then the Rector of the University spoke and congratulated College of Education, praised the number of attendance and the interaction of citizens who obtained doctoral degree for their respond. He hoped for them to find consensus, and the environment which they aspire to it within the university. At the end of the opening ceremony, the Rector of the University honored all the participants in the forum. The forum has addressed main themes, They are the research in Islamic Studies , Research in Arabic language , research in special education and research in educational administration , research in curriculum , teaching methods and research in psychology , research in Educational Sciences, Themes were distributed to all meeting sessions with a President from one  specialist at the University from the deans and the academics. Several committees have participated in organizing the forum, they are; the Preparatory Committee, the Scientific Committee and the reception and hospitality Committee, each committee has duties and specified functions.
