DEANSHIP OF QUALITY AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CELEBRATES THE DAY OF QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE

Under the patronage of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren, the deanship of quality and skills development organized “the day of quality and excellence” at the auditorium of the main campus in Majmaah.

The ceremony was begun by a speech delivered by the dean Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah who made a reference to the leadership of the university as being the supporter since the establishment. He also noted that MU has made a huge leap in the field of quality and academic accreditation as well as skills development. He added that during this year the report of institutional first self-assessment has been prepared and sent to national commission for assessment and academic accreditation. This phase comes as a preparation for the project of developmental assessment that the university intends to involve in by the next year. He also mentioned that the university has been evaluating the quality performance for colleges and deanships for the 3rd year as well as promoting the culture of quality via field visits to colleges. at the end of the speech, he extended his thanks to the deanship of Information Technology for its efforts in building the e-registration system for skills development program.

Addressing the audience, Dr. Al-Mogren delivered a speech where praised the efforts being exerted by the deanship of quality and skills development in developing the skills and performance of colleges, deanships and administrations at the university. He also extended his thanks to Dr. Al-Jarallah and the deanship staff for their accomplishments.

Colleges and deanships were awarded for their quality performance of the academic year 1432-1433 as well as the winners of the Rector’s prize including students, administrators and faculty members.
