A delegation of quality and skills development deanship paid a visit to the engineering college. The delegation was received by His Excellency the dean of engineering college Dr. Mohammad Al-Salamah.
Dr. Al-Salamah expressed his gratitude for this visit and stressed the importance of the cooperation between the engineering college and deanship of quality and skills development. He also emphasized the significance of developing the skills of faculty members in the field of academic quality in order to be ready for the academic accreditation which requires using the English language as a medium of instruction in teaching. He also required the deanship to communicate with the college in English.
The delegation gave a presentation about the achievements of the deanship and the future plans with regard to quality and the preparation of academic programs and their accreditation.
The delegation also met the head of quality center at the college Dr. Abdelrahman Al-Qwasmi in presence of the center’s members. Dr. Al-Qwasmi gave a brief presentation about the activities and achievements of the college in the field of quality. He eventually mentioned that the college is highly committed to the criteria of quality and the requirements of deanship of quality and skills development.
