MU SECOND COUNCIL MEETING FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 1444 CHAIRED BY RECTOR

On behalf of the minister of education, Prof. Hamad Al-Shaikh, and in the presence of vice-rectors, deans and the general secretary of universities affairs council, Dr. Mohammed al-Saleh, MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil chaired the second meeting of the university council for the academic year 1444 AH. 

The General Secretary of the Council, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, pointed out that several themes in the agenda were addressed, including reviewing the report of a study on current situation and future of vice-rector's office and deanships, a request for approval of the recommendations of the Standing Committee for teaching assistants, lecturers, language teachers and research assistants, a request for approval of establishing the Saudi Society for Surgical Education and projects related to the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services ( 14th & 15th groups), and the executive rules of study and examination regulations of undergraduate level.

At the end of the meeting, the rector extended his thanks to the council members for their active role in improving the quality of the university outcomes.
