GENERAL ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONDUCTS A WORKSHOP ON FORMS OF PROCEDURAL GUIDES

In the presence of the vice-rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the General Administration for Organizational Development conducted a workshop for coordinators of colleges, deanships and administrations.

Addressing the coordinators, the vice-rector pointed out that such events should always be conducted to update the university procedural guides.

The workshop was presented by Mr. Khalid Al-Diabi and Dr. Metwally Ismael, who explained the forms of procedural guides and their evaluation tools.

The workshop ended with a number of recommendation such as forming a team from the coordinators under the supervision of the General Administration for Organizational Development to update the university departments’ guide in line with the up-to-date organizational structure of the university.

A suggestion was also made to conduct a course on the work procedures and policies and flow maps creation.
