The Archives and Records Center completes the collection of exam records from all colleges

The Archives and Records Center has completed the process of receiving all exam records from the university’s colleges from the time each college was established up to the year 1442 AH. This work followed the official procedures and regulations for preserving and disposing of records.

Over the past period, the university’s colleges, in close coordination with the Archives and Records Center, carefully sorted, indexed, and classified the records using the center’s approved forms. They then packed them in special boxes provided by the center, marked with its official logo, helping to unify procedures and ensure quality organization.

The center then began reviewing and auditing the received records and accompanying data to confirm they meet all the requirements for preservation and comply with the standards set by the National Center for Archives and Records. Once verified, the records were officially received from the colleges and transferred to the university’s Archives and Records Center for storage and any necessary disposal in coordination with the National Center.
