SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OBSERVATORY HONORED AT FIRST ARAB INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN ENVIRONMENT

In recognition of its contributions to establish institutional work in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development at the regional and Arab levels, the Social Responsibility Observatory at MU was honored in the First Arab International Conference in Environment, held by the Arab Federation for Sustainable Development and the Environment Ain Shams University and Environment Affairs Management at League of Arab States, under the theme “Towards shifting to digital environment”.

Honoring the SRO was based on contributions in the field of sustainable development which helped in the launch of outstanding initiatives to fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals, 2030.       

The supervisor of SRO, Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi, pointed out that this honoring is an indicator of the progress made by the university in social responsibility. Such remarkable achievement would not have seen day light had it not been the support of the university leadership, led by MU rector, Prof. Al-Mizil and the vice-rector, Prof. Al-Dosari.
