The Volunteer Work Center conducts a workshop on First Aid

The Volunteer Work Center at the Social Responsibility Observatory, held in cooperation with the College of Nursing, an event for World First Aid Day. The principles of first aid were explained and how to act in emergency situations. The right way of providing first aid to an unconscious person was highlighted, and how to deal with wounds, fractures, burns, and bleeding through practical applications of first aid.

The aim of this event is to boost the community members awareness about the importance of first aid, and train participants to teach them basic first aid techniques such as artificial respiration, pressure on wounds, and dealing with fainting cases.
