The workshop targets students with disabilities in general education and was held in collaboration with the Majmaah Governorate Education Department, represented by the Capacity Development Department.
33 students from seven schools across the governorate participated in the workshop and were introduced to a number of positive concepts related to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, with a special focus on issues connected to disability, childhood, and education, through an engaging visit held at the university's campus.
Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the Vice-Rector for Development and Investment pointed out that this initiative was conducted at the request of the Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, as part of the university's social responsibility and strategic commitment to empowering the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
