After that, the Dean of the College provide a (envoy bag) to the envoys, which included a Letter of Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Dawod, entitled (travel for study and life in the United States of America systems and procedures), where a book include his information which are important reference for students on scholarships to America, because this information are about the regulations and instructions of the American States as well as other general information.

The college also keen on this bag that contains information about everything related to the traveler from religious and doctrinal matters where the bag contained a doctrinal guide book scholarship to Sheikh Fahad Ben Salem Bahammam. In addition to attach an electronic version of the manual scholarship in America prepared by the Saudi cultural missions in America, and procedural manual for the scholarship committee and training in the university and a list of variety sites which are useful to the scholarship.

At the end of the ceremony, colleagues presented a profuse thanks and gratitude to the College represented by the dean and faculty members and administrators for their feelings and honest calls stressing make their efforts for excellence in the study and to get the highest scores in the disciplines of their mission so that they can serve the university in the future, God willing.
