Business Administration College established a course entitled (the settlement of international disputes) presented by Dr. Najib bin Omar Al-Owainat and that on Tuesday, 27/01/1434 AH from eight in the morning to one o'clock afternoon in the hall of the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development and among the most prominent themes of the session are: the distinction between legal dispute the political conflict and examining the various ways in diplomacy which contained in the Charter of the United Nations to solve international disputes and also know the role of international arbitration and the international Court of Justice in the settlement of international disputes and its objectives also identify the role of the United Nations in the settlement of international disputes by peaceful means, is worth mentioning that this session comes within training courses for graduates of the department of Law in the first chapter of the academic year 1433-1434 AH in the faculty of business administration.
