A Training Course entitled “Forming Elements of Achievement” held in Zulfi Campus

Within the framework of its training plan for the academic year 1440/1441, the Department of Business Administration conducted a training entitled “Forming Elements of Achievement” in the college’s groups in Zulfi.
Presented by Dr. Hussam Rami, a faculty member in the department of business administration, the course addressed several topics, including:
- Acquiring knowledge related to elements of achievements
- Developing effective participation skills for the elements of achievement such as vision, motivation, work, commitment, skill.
- Identify challenges that impede achievement
- Describing the practices that lead to having the elements of achievement
The course was wrapped up by students’ participation in the hands-on training.
