The Deanship of Quality and Skills Development organized a workshop for its affiliates entitled “Assessing the Performance of the Administrative Department in the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development” on Monday, 18/5/1436 AH. The workshop aimed to develop an assessment form of the administrative units performance in the Deanship whose results are beneficial for the Ideal Employee Award at the Deanship. The workshop included a set of worksheets for participants (men and women) that contain the criteria for performance assessment and their specifications, a step for assessment criteria of the form.
