MU ORGANIZES EXHIBITION TO COMMEMORATES THE SIXTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

MU rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren, launched an exhibition organized by the university to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud assuming power.

The exhibition was arranged by the PR and patronized by the Deanship of Community Service & Continues Education under the theme “Biography of Glory and History”.

The exhibition features several sections which highlight the biography of King Salman before and after assuming power as well as the historical and developmental achievements both locally and internationally in different fields amid political and economic turbulences.  

The launch of the exhibition took place in the presence of vice-rectors, deans and directors of administrations who toured the sections of the exhibition amid precautionary measures. The event was broadcasted live via social platforms and was covered by a number of media agencies.

MU rector, Dr. al-Muqren, pointed out that the sixth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance is an invaluable moment to every citizen, commending the role played by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to pull through hardships and to improve the internal affairs for citizens.

The celebrations for the sixth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance come this year and the Kingdom is living a new reality full of achievements in various fields, despite the Coronavirus pandemic that struck the whole world and caused great repercussions.

The Kingdom celebrates the anniversary, as it occupies a regional and international stature, and has strong global confidence in all forums, which it crowned with its presidency of the G20 for this year 2020, while continuing its relentless endeavor to serve the issues of the Arab and Islamic nations.

Dr. al-Muqren, MU rector, concluded his remarks by wishing King Salman and His Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman a long healthy life.

The exhibition will remain opened for all university staff during morning time, and visiting hours will be coordinated for safety precautions. Visitors from outside the university are able to visit the exhibition starting from tomorrow between 4 and 7 pm.
