Vice-rector inspects the preparation of test and calibration laboratory for the Gulf external audit accreditation

As part of the university plan to achieve the strategic objective 2025, the team of the test and calibration laboratory project is preparing for the internal audit conducted by the GCC accreditation center to ensure the university’s compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Mr. Abdelelah Al-Mutairi, supervisor of the lab and quality, pointed out that the team has been working hard for 7 months to achieve the accreditation from the Gulf Center ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

That period included a training on the best calibration methods, commending the support and follow-up of MU rector, Dr. Al-Muqren and the vice-rector, Prof. Al-Dosari, to overcome the challenges facing the team.
