Workshop held by the Administration for PMO’s Members

The General Administration of Project and Technical Affairs conducted a workshop for the Project Management Office to discuss some technical issues related to the Project Management System (2pmo).
The workshop was held in the presence of a team of the PMO led by the supervisor, Dr. Ayman Al-Barakati and a team of the Administration headed by the Director of the General Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs, Eng. Abdel Aziz Al-Shunaify.
The PMO’s team reviewed the project management system and the procedures of project manager, contractor and the advisor.
At the end of the workshop, some feedback was provided to improve the procedures and working progress.
