The Administration Completes The Study Of Opinion Measurement Of The Beneficiaries Regarding The University Organizational Climate

Unit of Reports and Plans in the General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development has completed the results of the survey of measuring the opinion of the beneficiaries regarding the organizational climate at the university. Therefore, the Unit of Reports and Plans has been assigned earlier to prepare a study, and it started immediately after that in designing an electronic format and included it in the systems of the E-portal of the university and circulated it to all faculty members and employees at the university. Thus, the questionnaire has received a great response by the employees of the university so that it eased the efforts for the Unit to quickly submit the results to the Vice Dean of the College. Conversely, the Supervisor of the General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development, Dr. Saad bin Zaar Al Qahtani, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Vice Dean of the College for showing interest in the work environment, as well as his constant quest to find the appropriate climate for all employees, so as to help on the performance of their duties to the fullest, also he extended his thanks and appreciation to all participants in the questionnaire, wishing all more stability at work and excellence in performance.
