Nominations for Public Administration Institute Programs,1st Term, Started

Out of its willingness to provide whatever necessary for the development of the skills of university employees, the General Department for Planning and Administrative Development has issued a circulation to all stakeholders, announcing a near nomination to training programs at the Institute of Public Administration in the first term of 1436-1437 H. academic year at all its branches (Headquarters, Riyadh- Female Branch, Riyadh- Eastern Area Branch-Makkah Branch- Asseer Branch). Nominations for the training programs will start on Sunday, 04/09/1436 H. according to the following procedures: 1- Directing the administrative staff who wish to register in the training programs of the Institute of Public Administration to the "Training Programs Guide” on the Institute's website via the link: http://webservices.ipa.edu.sa/Daleel/ProgListTrn.aspx Or http://eservice.ipa.edu.sa/pls/daleel/trn_inq.actjob so as to know the list of the available programs in the first term. They then have to fill out a nomination application (attached by the relevant employee. Care must be taken that these programs have to fit the candidates’ positions, and their applications are to be confirmed by their superiors or the department heads, whether they are deans, vice-deans or relevant directors. 2- The nomination forms must be sent after filling and confirmation through the system of administrative communications to the General Department for Planning and Administrative Development. A letter from the candidate employee department indicating the number of applications must be attached to the form and sent by Saturday, 30/08/1436 H. The application and letter shall then be included in the nomination system by the respective employee at the administration. 3- If the department is willing to cancel the training program of its candidate, we hope that it informs its nominated employee of filling out the e-form available on the e-Services portal and authorize it electronically. That cancellation form should be submitted at least 5 days before the onset of the training course. 4- By the regulations of the institute, the excluded candidate, due to absence from the course, shall not be nominated for 6 months from the date of his/her exclusion.
