The officials of the general department of planning and administrative development in a visit to Taibah University

In its permanent effort of exchanging experiences with counterpart administrations and deanship affiliated to the universities of the kingdom,  the general department of planning and administrative development has a delegated a team headed by Dr. Sa’ad Bin Zaar Alqhatani, the membership  of Dr. Adnan Muhammad Koteat, the consultant of the administration, and Mr. Abdullah Almazroua , visited  the Deanship of Development and Quality, affiliated to Taibah University on 19 /4/1435, which is concerned with strategic planning, training, statistics, and Afaq plan in Taibah. The visit aims at making use of the experiences of Taibah University in preparing, organizing the training courses for the university employees; in addition, it aims at recognizing on the mechanisms of solving the problems related to the preparation of the reports and the statistics on the levels of the University sectors. The documents of the strategic plans  have been exchanged in line with some of the annul reports. In addition, a message of gratitude and thanks was delivered to the rector of Taibah University, Professor Adnan Almazroua, Professor Mahrous Bin Ahmed bin Ibrahim, the vice rector of the University for development and quality, Dr. Muhammad Bin Hamd Alsreahi, the supervisor of the strategic planning who was the first to meet the delegated team, Dr. Smair Abdalghfar, the supervisor of statistics and information center at Taibah university. The delegation   delivered the  vision of the rector of the Magmma university  which stresses the importance of supporting the ties and the exchange of experiences among the universities of the kingdom, which have positive effect on the future of the Saudi higher education.
