His Excellency the Rector Pays a Visit to the Administrative & Financial Building A visit was made by His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren to check-up the progress of work. He was welcomed by Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Omran, Dean of Faculty Members and the General Supervisor of Financial and Administrative Affairs and Mr. Khalid A. Aba Hussein, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
The visit included a tour to the Administration of Staff Affairs, Financial Affairs, Supported Services Administration, Salary & Allowance Dept., Purchase Dept. and a number of administrative departments and units. Dr. Al-Mugren listened to some of the complaints and suggestions from the staff as well as the clients.
A meeting was held with the directors of the administrations where he was briefed with the developmental plans to upgrade the quality and performance level of work. At the end, the Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren expressed his gratitude with the quality of work and organization from all the administrations and units. He encouraged them to exert more effort and commitment to achieve more success.
