The Traffic Safety Center ‘Salik’ conducted, in cooperation with the General Administration of Security, a training course for MU security personnel responsible for traffic.
Mr. Abdel Aziz al-Otaibi, head of Salik, pointed out that the course was presented by the Awareness and Education Unit at Salik for the university security personnel who are in charge of traffic at the main campus.
The aim of this course is to promote the culture of traffic safety and its impact on everyone; the strategic goals of improving traffic flow and avoid traffic congestion and accidents; and the concept of traffic safety inside and outside the university.
Mr. Moteb al-Maymoni, director of General Administration of Services, extended his thanks to MU rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren and the vice-rector, Prof. Musallam al-Dosari, for their support to the center’s awareness plans.
Special thanks were extended to both the General Administration of Security and the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education for being interactive to make this even possible.
