RIYADH GOVERNOR'S WIFE PATRONIZES MU'S GRADUATION CEREMONY

Under the patronage of Riyadh Governor's wife, Princess Nora bint Mohammed Al-Saud, MU held on Thursday the 14th graduation ceremony for the year 1444, in the presence of the vice-rector, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, deans, and students' guardians. 

Inaugurated by the national anthem and followed by the graduation parade, Dr. Huda Al-Barrak, delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the Dean of Admission and Registration and pointed out that the university strive to serve the provinces and centers located within the university's geographical area, allowing them to complete their education without the hassle of travel and commuting.

A word of encouragement was conveyed to graduates followed by expressing gratitude to their parents and faculty members for supporting them during this journey. 

The Vice-Rector, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, an encouraging speech to graduates, motivating them to fulfill the country's vision and represent the university in the best possible manner. 

On behalf of all graduates, Fay Al-Anazi, a student at the university, delivered a thank you speech to MU rector and all faculty members for their guidance and support during their study which ended up with this great achievement. 

A documentary film titled "This is Our Journey" was shown, narrating the journey of the graduates since day one and reflecting their feelings for their achievements.

A presentation of of the university's projects and initiatives, launched by Riyadh Governor, Prince Faisal, were shown including the Logistics Services Contracts Portfolio for transporting students, and logistics services contracts for security services, operating, maintaining, and cleaning facilities and for the operation and updating of the electronic portal, electronic services, data center and network servers.

The presentation also included launching the university medical center, which aims to develop the overall healthcare system, one of the university's programs that is aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. 

Among the projects launched by Riyadh Governor were the Interface Development Initiative, which aligns with Saudi Arabia's Green Initiative as part of Vision 2030, 'Erteqaa' platform, an integrated e-learning training platform for students, faculty members, staff, and the community.

Then, everyone was introduced to a film titled "The Dream Comes True," which narrates the daily life and journey of a female student through one of the services provided by the university to facilitate her acquisition of knowledge and education.

The ceremony ended by awarding outstanding students certificates of appreciation.
