MU SIGNS MOC AND EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS WITH THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE

MU signed a memorandum of cooperation (MOC) with the Ministry of Defense to exchange experiences and apply best practices in the fields of education and training. The MOC was signed by MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal and the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Bayari.

The memorandum features several areas of cooperation including how to allow MU's graduates to join the recruitment program at the Ministry of Defense, training programs for faculty members and employees of the Ministry, crisis management, cybersecurity, and human resources management.

The memorandum also includes supporting internal scholarship programs for employees of the Ministry, providing educational opportunities for the children of martyrs and war casualties, designing training paths that meet the future needs of the Ministry of Defense, developing applied programs in various technical and military specialties, and supporting the digital transformation of scientific libraries between the University and military colleges.

MU also signed two executive education programs with the Ministry of Defense to support the children of martyrs, injured, prisoners and missing persons. The two programs were signed by the Dean of the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services at MU, Dr. Osama Al-Tamami, and the Executive Director General of the General Administration of Human Resources, Eng. Sami Al-Badna. 

The executive program aims to empower beneficiaries through educational, training and psychological services, in a manner that suits their needs and enhances their educational and professional opportunities.
