MU’s Media Center, in collaboration with the General Administration of Human Resources, conducted a training course titled "Media and Content Creation" as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance media practices across the university. The three-day course was designed specifically for coordinators and supervisors of the university’s sub-unit websites.
MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, who attended the course, highlighted the importance of such specialized training programs in elevating the university’s media capabilities. The course also featured the presence of the Vice Rector for Development and Investment, the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, along with a number of university leaders and officials.
The participants were introduced to the concept of content creation including its various types, key quality standards, and the essential steps for producing professional and purposeful media content. The sessions focused on practical approaches to crafting effective and impactful content that aligns with strategic goals.
The training aimed to strengthen participants’ media skills in line with modern demands, helping them to produce high-quality, professional content that reflects the university’s identity and mission. It also equipped attendees with the tools and techniques necessary for creating digital content across different formats and platforms with high quality output.
The course addressed how to build effective content strategies that support the university’s media objectives and enhance its presence across media outlets and social platforms. Another key goal was to improve institutional communication, refine messaging for different audiences, and boost participants' ability to manage media campaigns that promote university events and initiatives.
