A Meeting held by PMO with General Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs

As part of the developmental works carried out by the Projects Management Office (PMO) with the university’s deanships, colleges and administrations, a meeting was conducted by the PMO with the General Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs, represented by the director, Eng. Abdul Aziz Al-Shunaify.
During the meeting, issues pertinent to possible means of improving the efficiency of e-system of 2PMO were addressed along with the procedures in each process and how to add project plans.
To that end, an agreement was reached to hold a workshop for discussing procedures engineering and how to help the administration in its digital transformation.
The supervisor of PMO, Dr. Ayman Al-Barakati, thanked MU Rector and the Vice-Rector for their support to the office to realize its vision and mission.
Dr. Al-Barakat also extended special thanks to the director of the administration for the cooperation demonstrated to achieve the university’s goals.
