The Administrative Development Committee, chaired by the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari and in the presence of all members, held its 9th session.
After a welcoming statement from the vice-rector, the agenda of the meeting was reviewed which addressed initiatives and suggestions to improve the quality of administrative and organizational works at MU. Some of these suggestions are the need of some deanship and directorates for administrative staff, the statement of human resource deanship with regard to current staff who were transferred to the medical commission, the idea of being flexible with staff attendance and the training of staff in energy conservation in buildings.
The meeting also addressed a proposal about relocating both the leadership development center and the human capital center from King Salman Institute to the investment fund at MU. In addition, the committee members also discussed the modification of the documents and archiving’s organizational structure.
At the end of the meeting, a number of recommendations were made related to the topics addressed in the meeting.
