The Committee Of Administrative Organization And Development Hold Its First Meeting

In charge of HE the Vice Rector and the Head of the Committee Of Administrative Organization And Development Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al- Dosari, the first meeting of the Committee was held on Tuesday 10.01.1436, at the meeting Hall of HE’s office, the session began with a welcoming the members of the Committee and urging them to do their effort to be an effective part at the University and for the relevant departments of their work in providing studies and recommendations and monitoring implementation, , then they discussed a number of issues, most notably viewing the entrusted tasks and mission  of the committee. Also, they discussed the Committee’s initiatives and suggestions that aimed to raise the administrative and organizational work quality at the university and the distribution of tasks to members and their suitability including: viewing the issue of official misconduct at the University and its reduction, and studying the qualifying a number of administrative staff to work as laboratory technicians, and viewing the University organizational manual, in addition to final recommendations booklet for Riyadh Sixth session of the Economic Forum. Also, viewing the suggestion to establish a unified E-portal for all academic  services and training courses and having a close look at the implementation of the 10th developmental Plan. Also, the Committee discussed the announcement of taking all procedures to regulate leadership academics enrollment and nomination in the implementation seminars by the Institute of Public Administration, in addition to studying the request for approving the suggestion to establish a female’s department for Academic Affairs, and viewing the organizational guide of the interior review management.

At the end of the meeting a number of appropriate recommendations to those issues were approved, as well as proposed mechanism for the implementation of these recommendations.
