The Committee of the employees' promotion and administrative recruitment reviewed some of the administrative recruitment requests

In charge of HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam Al-Dosary the Committee of the employees' promotion and administrative recruitment reviewed a number of transfer requests to the Majmaah University of some who work in other governmental authorities. In a later stage the Committee decided to interview a number of them whom seem to have aspects of excellence to serve Majmaah University and rise with its mission. 
It is worth mentioning that the Committee of the employees' promotion and administrative recruitment does a great effort in studying the transfer requests or commissioning through a number of recruitment criteria and considering administrative and technical excellence and technical of the employee; all that is done through the efforts of its members. Also, character assessments is made through the interviewing the applicant by Committee or by the concerned authorities at the university that could benefit from the services of the applicant. Taking into account the university need employee's major in terms of both qualification or experience. Also, evaluating his/her performance during the commissioning phase to give the recommendation transferred the employee or end his/her commissioning.
