The First Meeting of the Committee of Organizing and Administrative Development.

The Committee of Organizing and Administrative Development held its first meeting under the chairmanship of the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari on Tuesday, 01/07/1437 AH. At the beginning of the meeting, the Vice Rector welcomed the members of the committee and urged them to make a lot of useful efforts for the related departments in providing studies, recommendations and following-up the implementation.

After that, they reviewed agenda of the meeting included a number of topics such as displaying the tasks assigned to the Committee. They also discussed what has been delivered to the committee from proposals and initiatives aimed at improving the administrative works at the university, including:

1. Discuss a proposal to show the identity of the university employees,

2. Discuss the issue of utilization from attending training programs as a kind of trade-off for upgrades,

3. Discuss the organization of the correspondence within the administrative communication system at the university,

4. Follow-up the generalization of the Ministry of Education regarding the approval of the anti-smoking system,

5. Display the organizational structure for each of the General Department of Development and Department of Strategic Planning,

At the end of the meeting, It has been taking a number of recommendations concerning these topics above.
