The committee of preparing the annual reports of the university sectors held its first meeting in the academic year 1436/1437 AH. The meeting was chaired by the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari on Sunday, 28/12/1436 AH in his office. The committee discussed a number of topics such as the decision of committee formation and its tasks, and the mechanism of work during this academic year according to the system followed by the committee during the past academic year 1435/1436 AH. The committee also discussed the need of forming a sub-committee to review reports of the university sectors and the applicability of the criteria adopted in the preparation of annual reports, and return it to the sectors to be adjusted according to these criteria.
It is worth mentioning that committee reviewed the annual reports received from the university sectors with the beginning of its work for the year 1435/1436 AH .Then, the annual reports were forwarded to the sub-committee to be reviewed with emphasizing on the following-up reports that have not been sent from some sectors to send them further speech to first generalization issued by the committee No. 85 / L / 44 972 and the date of 10/14/1436 AH in order to provide committee with their annual reports as soon as possible. The Committee also discussed the adjustment and rationing mechanism of printing annual reports approved by the committee and informing the competent authorities at the university to print when needed, and only electronic versions that will be adopted by the Committee.
In conclusion, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari confirmed on spending more efforts in order to complete the work assigned to the committee completely, and to achieve the aspirations of the university to unify and control the work of preparing the annual reports to the university sectors.
