HE the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugren inaugurated the University Administrative Communication E-system at his office on Sunday, 02/15/1436, this occasion was in the presence of the Supervisory Committee members of Administrative Communication Systems, E-archiving and procedural workflow, it was right after installation is completed and experimenting the system, and training the university administrative communication officials during the last period. At the beginning of the meeting HE the Vice Rector and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Al-Dosari pointed that this achievement has been made under the guidance of HE the Rector to adopt the technology and electronic solutions in all university transactions, particularly the administrative communication, due to the destinations between the main campus of the university and its colleges, and the technical development, which requires the use of the latest technology to develop the university administrative performance. Also HE noted that this achievement came in cooperation of several authorities' efforts at the university, the most important of which is the Deanship of Information Technology, which initiated the system infrastructure, and monitored the installation with the implementing departments, and the related licenses, operation and linking between the university units. Also, the administrative and financial affairs contributed in this regard through the support of the project since its first steps. Then, HE the Rector inaugurated the system by sending an announcement to various departments of the university to abide by Electronic mailing starting on the date hereof, and not to accept any paper mailing between the university departments. HE gave a speech in which he stated that this achievement comes God care and then the support received by the university through the budget items that support the technical work and the transition to e-transactions, in addition to the efforts of the loyal university employees who are working for its development, and who search for achievements for the sake of the university service. HE stated that the system must be supported of all the university employees; because it represents a qualitative leap in its transactions and for the ease of dealing with it , and it helps to speed up and control the procedures, and shorten the efforts. Also, HE pointed out that this achievement is made as part of its strategic plan to shift to e-transactions, and in response to the instructions to activate the e-transactions in the university within the orientations of the National plan for Communications and Information Technology. Also, His Excellency praised the efforts of those working on this project, in particular the project Manager Mr. Mohammed Bin Hamad Al-Aolah, and their excelled during the period of the project completion in following-up and paying attention to the work quality through periodic reports received by his Excellency from the Supervisory Committee.
