HE the Vice Rector Approves the Special Needs Students’ Transportation Pathways

His Excellency the Vice Rector, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari approved the Special Needs Students’ Transportation Pathways, HE noted that this development comes in implementation of the Rector’s directions Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugren and included the need to provide all the possible services for this type of students with special needs as a group that needs to be provided with support and assistance tools to comply with other students at the university, and in this context HE referred that this procedure involves the conduct of a number of buses to serve the university students transportation from homes and even colleges and returning them according to the regulations and special instructions, and that is in order to overcome all the difficulties that hinder their access to college. Also, HE noted that this service comes as part of the university project under the name of (the university environment for people with special needs) which the Rectorship seeks to implement and develop a progressively and this stage includeds the transportation service through the Public Administration for providing educational electronic facilities services through the Deanship of e-learning, and it will be followed by other stages targeting all educational requirements for people with special needs.
