His Excellency the Rector Views the Periodical Report on the Procedural Functioning of the Administrative Communication and Electronic Archiving Project and its Workflow Procedures

His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugrin viewed the periodical report on the procedural functioning of the administrative communication and electronic archiving project and its workflow procedures during his meeting with His Excellency the Vice Rector, and the Head of the System Development Supervisory Committee, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari and the project manager Mohammed Bin Hamad Al-Aulh. The report included action steps and timetable and the mechanisms used by the team to develop the system. Also, the highlighted achievements and e-services to be offered to the employees of the university faculty members and staff. In the meeting His Excellency the Rector emphasised on the urgent need to accomplish the project and set a plan to deploy and operate the system at the university, at the end of the meeting, His Excellency the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari expressed his thanks to the Rector for his support received for administrative communication and electronic archiving project, and he promised more successes, God willing, to achieve the goals and outcomes of this project.
