In order to provide the network and mobile services to MU, an agreement has been signed between the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and MU. His Excellency the Vice Rector, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari signed the agreement with the General Director of Indirect Sales in STC, Eng. Munif Bin Darwish, in the Presence Hall. The event was attended by all the deans of the colleges, the directors of the various departments, along with the Director of Sales Department, Eng. Meteb Al-Shammari and the Central Region Director, Mr. Nayef Al-Mutairi from STC. “We thank Allah for signing this agreement which comes under the Rector’s guidance - may Allah protect him - aiming at providing network services to all the University sectors through the national companies,” said His Excellency the Vice Rector, Dr. Al-Dosari. “This also aims to integrate the efforts between the various national institutions to achieve the comprehensive development,” His Excellency added. Moreover, His Excellency stressed that the University is constantly working to provide different services to the different sectors and in all the provinces that fall within its geographical area. He also pointed out that this agreement is the fruit of the continuous cooperation efforts between MU and STC, hoping it would be followed by other agreements in the field of telecommunications and information technology.
