Prepare Emergency Unit to Follow up the Weather Changes and Suspension of Study

Implementing the directives of the University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad AlMugren and  follow up the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari, the General Department of facilities and services has finished preparing an emergency unit to follow up the weather changes and the suspension of the study according to the decision of the University Rector No. 1147 on 02/04/1436 AH regarding a mechanism of deal with weather changes and suspension of study. The coordinating has been done with the relevant authorities to follow the weather, and the extent of students effect in various university colleges of bad weather.  To make sure of the right decision for the safety of university students  according to the reports and follow up by the emergency unit continuously under the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) through the early warning to the weather changes, and through reports which is coming from the relevant authorities such as the Department of Civil Defense. Bus lines as conduct for students were identified according to the map tracks in order to make the necessary recommendations in the case of bad weather by  merging tracks according to identified plans and compatible with the electronic transfer system.
