HE the Vice Rector Dr. Mosallam Al-Dosari held a meeting with the officials of the Finance and Budget in the General Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the university to discuss and follow up the budget items related to the work of the Deanships and departments of the Rectorship and the mechanism to take advantage of them and its enhancement and support, the meeting was on Thursday, 07/08/1435 at the headquarters of General administrative and Financial Affairs.
During this meeting, which was attended by the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs khalid Abahusain and the Director of Procurement Management Abdallah Al-Aulah and the Director of budget management Mohammed Al-Mashqor and the Director of financial management Zafer Al-Shehry to discuss and review the terms of the budget related to the work the Deanships and departments of the Rectorship, to view the ways and the mechanisms available to take advantage of these items, and enhance and support them all to serve the public interest and the services provided through these Deanships and departments to raise the level of performance quality at all levels academically, administratively and service.
This meeting comes in the context of the Rectorship pursuit of the continuous coordination and communication with the various deanships and departments of the university for the sake of advancement and development at the Rectorship work in addition to its departments and Deanships.
It is worth mentioning that this meeting was attended by delegations from various Deanships and departments of the Rectorship, like Abdullah Al-Abdaljabbar the Services Manager and Osman Al-Issa the General manager of Operation and Maintenance, and Abdullah Al-Anezi the Vice Dean of Information Technology for Technical Affairs, and Fauzan Al-Fahad the Director of Project Management and Technical Affairs, and Abdullah Al-Saleh, the supervisor of Project Management Office, and Abdarahman Al-Abdaljabbar the Director of Safety and Security Department.
