Under the directives of MU Rector, the Vice-Rector and Head of the Founding Committee of the Prostheses Center, signed the contract of the establishment of the Medical Rehabilitation and Prosthesis Center with the Care Technologies Company.
A ceremony, sponsored by the University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Muqrin, was held on this occasion in the presence of vice-rectors and college deans.
Dr. Mosallam Al-Dosari said that the project comes in respond to the growing number of people who need high quality rehabilitation services and the absence of specialized centers in this field.
Such achievement, the Vice-Rector said, is a clear evidence of the the University's determination to complete the strategic plan of creating an array of services in or off campus.
The desire of the university to establish partnerships with specialized national public or private sectors is clearly manifested by signing this project.
