the Vice Rector visits the public department for operation, maintenance, project management and technical affairs

HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari made a visit for the public department for operation, maintenance, project management and technical affairs. HE was met by the general manager of operations and maintenance Mr. Othman bin Hamad Al-Issa, and the  director of project management and technical affairs eng. Fawzan bin Mohammed Al-Fahad and the departments managers. During the visit, HE had a tour to the departments and listened to a detailed explanation of the tasks of each department and its speciality. Also, HE had a meeting with the officers of the departments and viewed a presentation on the work of the of operation and maintenance departments and it's specialised initiatives.Also, HE was briefed on a detailed presentation from the Director of Project Management and Technical Affairs about the near-term plans prepared for competitive projects, he praised the level of achievement attained and the quality of planning and the clarity of vision at the departments. Also, he praised the fine continuos transaction between the two departments, in order to benefit the university projects and facilities.It is worth mentioning that this visit had an active participation from the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Khalid bin Abdul Rahman Aba Hussein and his Assistant Mr. Ahmed bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Mousa and the Director of Purchasing Management Mr. Abdullah Hassan Al-Aulah.HE the Vice Rector expressed them his appreciations for their interaction with the ongoing work of the two department and their continued support in opinion and advice in order to achieve integration between the administrative and financial and technical and engineering sides at the university.
HE ordered to continue this coordination and communication that will lead to improve operations and increase efficiency and accelerate working frequency.
