The Vice Rectorship held a coordination meeting to follow up the activation of the communications management system, and observations which the team received them during the last period, since the start of activating system. During the meeting, members have discussed the mechanism of correspondence levels between the various aspects of the university according to the approved organizational structure, and mechanism of tracking transactions, and suggestions about the types of referrals regarding the amendment and adding to them, and regarding of completion the addition of university committees to the system.
In this context, the Vice Rector (Dr.musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari) pointed to the success that has been done - Thanks to Allah - in the application of the communication management system at the university during the recent past time, and what the system found from distinct interaction of university employees at all functional levels, and what the system provided of the gains for the university in the field of regulating transactions, speed of delivery, and ease of follow up, and overcome an obstacle spacing between the headquarters of the university in order to reach the required treatment at a desired and hopefully time. He also explained that the system will submit during the coming period to follow up and receive feedback in order to develop work. He also add that the meeting discussions will be held with university employees and who has relationship with the work of the communication management system to discuss the observations and proposals of development and improvement.
At the end of the meeting, the Vice Rector thanked the Working team for the implementation and follow up especially the project manager, Mr. Mohammed bin Hamad Alaulh, and Deanship of Information Technology for their efforts in achieving technical aspects in operating system. His Excellency mentioned also that this achievement would not have been possible without the help of "Allah'' then the guidance of His Excellency, the University Rector, to complete the transformation of work university to electronic transactions, and his follow-up personally to stages of completion the system of communication management, then what followed from the interaction of university employees with the application of the system.
